State the issue type, workspace name, approximate time and minimum reproduction steps. For billing, you may include a Paddle transaction or subscription ID. Never send a password, verification code, full card number, identity document or API key.
Use the anonymous feedback page for an incorrect result, confusing workflow or feature request. Reproducible problems that block task completion are prioritized; the anonymous channel has no reply address.
Support requests are triaged promptly. We target an initial review of actionable tool defects and optimization requests within two calendar days. Refund, payment, identity or security matters may require Paddle or additional verification and are not promised within the same window.
