QR Workspace keeps one public QR address stable while its owner updates the attached page, reusable form and follow-up workflow. The free utility library handles smaller jobs that should not require an account, such as inspecting a document, transforming text, testing a network connection or checking a calculation.
Xunbei Software Technology Co., Ltd. is responsible for the product, website, customer support and published policies. The same product and engineering team maintains both the English and Simplified Chinese experiences instead of operating separate content sites.
A public tool starts with a specific input and a result the user can verify. During development we use automated tests and AI-assisted drafting and analysis; before release, a maintainer reviews the public instructions and checks representative inputs, outputs, limits, processing location and desktop and mobile behavior. Catalog availability does not by itself earn a promoted standalone page.
Most text, file and calculator utilities run in the browser and say so on the page. A feature that needs a network request identifies that boundary before use. QR Workspace is a separate account service: content and form submissions are stored so workspace members can publish pages and review records. The Privacy page documents each data path in detail.
Browsers, file formats and real-world assumptions vary, so important financial, legal, medical or production results should be checked against an appropriate source. If a result, explanation or workflow is wrong, use the structured feedback channel with the smallest safe reproduction example; the report enters the product review queue.
The browser utilities are available without an account. QR Workspace has a separate optional Pro subscription for higher workspace limits. Third-party advertising scripts are not active on the current site; if that changes, the Privacy page will describe the active controls and data use.
