Terms of Use
These terms govern 321Kit, operated by Xunbei Software Technology Co., Ltd. By using the site or buying QR Workspace Pro, you agree to use it lawfully and accept the applicable terms below.
Effective: August 8, 2026
The service operator and contracting party is Xunbei Software Technology Co., Ltd.
You may use 321Kit for lawful personal or business tasks. Do not attack, overload, reverse engineer protected services, bypass safeguards, infringe rights or use the site to process content you are not permitted to use.
Tools are provided on an “as available” basis. Outputs can be affected by input quality, browser behavior, file-format differences and assumptions. 321Kit does not provide legal, financial, medical or other professional advice; verify consequential results with an appropriate source or professional.
You are responsible for the content you enter and for checking downloaded files before relying on them. Core local tools do not transfer ownership of your content to 321Kit. Optional network features disclose what will be sent before you choose to use them.
The 510 curated free utility pages can be used without an account. An optional verified account is required for server-hosted QR Workspace features such as editable codes, hosted pages, forms, saved media and aggregate statistics. You are responsible for protecting account access and for content published through your workspace.
QR Workspace Pro is offered at the price and billing interval shown on the Pricing page and at Paddle checkout. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record, handles buyer checkout, payment details and applicable transaction taxes, and provides its Buyer Terms at checkout. 321Kit does not receive or store full payment-card details.
An owner can manage an active subscription through the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the paid period; these terms do not promise prorated refunds. After downgrade, published QR pages stay available, Free branding returns, and creation or editing is limited until usage is within Free limits. The Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the 14-day first-purchase request window, exclusions and rights that cannot legally be limited.
Tools, limits and features may be corrected, changed or withdrawn to maintain security, accuracy or availability. 321Kit does not promise uninterrupted access or compatibility with every browser and file.
The site uses open-source and browser-platform components that remain subject to their respective licenses. Links or optional providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.
The Privacy page explains local tools, separate QR Workspace account data, Paddle billing identifiers, anonymous measurement, feedback, optional AI and AdSense account identifiers. Paid checkout is exposed only when the billing release gate is enabled.
