Data boundary
A workspace stores QR codes, pages, forms, versions, media and business submissions on 321Kit servers. Scan analytics are limited to immediate totals and UTC daily aggregates; there is no visitor, location, device or individual-scan tracking.
Free and Pro
Free includes 10 active codes, 10 published forms, 100 MiB of media and 500 accepted submissions per day. Pro raises these to 50 codes, 50 forms, 1 GiB and 5,000 daily submissions, and removes 321Kit branding from hosted pages and eligible exports.
Downgrade continuity
Cancellation, pause or ordinary payment failure does not break already-published printed QR codes. Branding returns and new creation, editing, publishing or uploads are blocked while usage exceeds Free limits, but data is retained. Separate abuse, legal and security freezes still apply.
